—All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation
—Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays
—During periods of high order volume, dispatch may be delayed by a few days. We will keep you informed.

02Shipping & Delivery

Estimated Delivery

3–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within India

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

03Order Tracking

—Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
—Tracking information will be active within 24 hours of dispatch

04Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

—Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high demand during festive seasons
—We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances

05Damaged or Lost Packages

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us immediately with:

  1. Your order number
  2. An unboxing video clearly showing the damage (mandatory for damage claims)
