Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We take great pride in every piece that leaves our studio. Please take a moment to read this policy β€” it ensures a smooth experience for both of us.

01General Policy


All our products are sold on a non-returnable, non-refundable basis. Once your order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.

However, we will always make it right if something goes wrong on our end. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

β€”The product you received is damaged, or
β€”The product received is different from what you ordered

~ Kindly note, a nominal return charge of β‚Ή100 will need to be paid by the customer for processing the return.



02The Unboxing Video β€” A Must


No unboxing video = no return or exchange β€” no exceptions. This protects both you and us.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must have a single, continuous, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows:

  1. The sealed parcel with the shipping label clearly visible
  2. The package being opened in full view
  3. The product being removed from the packaging
  4. The defect, damage, or wrong item clearly visible on camera
  5. All tags and original packaging present

03How to Request an Exchange


Exchanges are only applicable in the case of a damaged or incorrect product. Please raise your request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at:

Subject: Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order ID]

Please include in your email:

β€”Your unboxing video (mandatory)
β€”Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
β€”A brief description of what went wrong

Items sent back without prior written approval from us will not be accepted.

04Refunds


In the rare case a return is approved, the item must be sent back unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect the product:

Deductions

Forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount

05A Note on Our Products


Each listing includes detailed information on color, material, fit, and care instructions. Please review these carefully before ordering.

β€”Minor color variations due to screen settings or lighting are not considered defects
β€”Handcrafted and embroidered pieces may carry natural variations β€” these are a mark of artisanship, not imperfection

06Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance, unless they are damaged or incorrect (with valid unboxing proof):

β€”Customized or made-to-order pieces
β€”Items purchased during sales, clearances, or special promotions
β€”Gift cards
β€”Personal care or hygiene-sensitive products (where applicable)

07Order Cancellations by Us


We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment verification concerns. In such instances, a full refund will be processed promptly if payment has already been made.

08Your Consumer Rights


This policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law.

Svarna Jewels reserves the right to approve or decline any return, refund, or exchange request, and to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
